What are my payment options?
Mr and Mrs accepts Visa and MasterCard credit card payments, as well as payments through Paypal. Please contact us through our contact page if you require an alternative payment method.

How do I know if the products I want to order are in stock?
Mr and Mrs has large quantities of our product in stock and we constantly update our website. Sometimes, however we experience greater than expected demand for a product. We will contact you immediately if there is going to be a delay in your delivery. In these rare instances, you will be given the option to wait, receive a refund or replace your order with another item.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from Mr and Mrs shortly after your order has been placed. 

Do you ship internationally?
Please contact us through our contact page with your location and the products you would like to purchase and we will calculate shipping costs for you.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be sent within 10 working days. 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We charge flat shipping rates, based on the cost of your order:

1. Orders up to $100 $9.95
2. Orders up to $200       $19.95
3. Orders up to $300        $29.95
4. Orders over $300        $39.95

If you require express delivery please contact us prior to ordering through our contact page and we will provide you with a quote.

All Australian Orders are sent via Courier or Registered Australia Post and require signature on delivery. We are happy to ship to PO Boxes.

How do I check the status of my order?
To check on the status of your order please send us an email through our contact page. Please include your billing name and order number.

Can I rush my order?
If you need your order urgently please contact us through our contact page before ordering and we will do our best to assist you.

What is your refund and exchange policy?
At Mr and Mrs, we pride ourselves on our quality products and friendly customer service. As part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, if you are unhappy with your products, please return your purchase within 7 days. We will be happy to provide you with an exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months) to use at The products must be unused and undamaged and in the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless goods arrive faulty or damaged.

If a product is faulty or damaged we will promptly ship you a replacement at our expense.
